Something good in DC

What could go down in a few weeks as "the real" turkey bowl happens tonight at 7pm at HD Woodson high school. The warriors of HD battle the DC powerhouse Friendship Collegiate. This game will be a must see and if HD goes on to win the turkey bowl as they have done the last 3 years with Collegiate who is clear cut the best team in DC it could have bragging rights all around

I want H.D. to win but I don't know if that is really possible.  Let us know how it turns out.

I feel that friendship has too many athletes for HD to keep up, number 2 from HD must have a great game in order for them to have a chance

I woould be shocked if Friendship won by less then 3 touchdowns...I believe this will be a blow out mainly because the quality opponents FCA has faced prepares them well for the tempo and excitement and stamina that big games like this generate.

It was a good game for about a quarter and a half, after that there were too many turnovers (5) 3 of them in scoring position. In the second half they did what they were supposed to.In the end there were too many seniors vs too many inexperienced 9th graders. No excuses, we got our asses beat by 40 points. Congrats FCA, you got a realy good program. we'll see you next season since we are the only program in DC. that ain't scared to play you.
